In our opinion, this Honda Civic commercial has many wonderful features. It is creative because they use the beat-box to bring out the Honda Civic how good the car is. This commercial allows the consumers to know the quality of the car without testing it. We feel that this ad so that car lover who read will be very like the car wanted to be.

Details of Business
We would like to open a business called Smart Surf. It is a partnership between Sherwynn, Xian Ting, Grace and Bruce.
Personal Details
We have vast experience in the cyber café industry. Bruce have worked as a casher in King Surf, Bruce opens a computer company and received money. Sherwynn have worked as a promoter in a super market. Xian ting have worked as a supervisor in ocean net and grace have worked as a accountant in OCBC bank.
Personal
To run our business, I will need to employ 10 workers. There workers range from a supervisor, assistant supervisor, casher, cleaner.
Service
We will be providing internet services to our consumer
Market
My customers are teenagers and young adult. There customers will be interested in cyber café. There are currently many competitors but we provide something that is unique and different.
Marketing
To advertise and promote my service, we will be distributing.

Premises
Our business will be located at Mount Austin. We have chosen this location because there is a primary school, secondary school and a College. We will also need computer, air-con, furniture, drinks.

Terms of Reference
I was asked by the Sales Director, Mr Ong Chee Meng to write a report about falling sales and the lack of trade to meeting with the Board of Directors. This report is needed by as soon as possible.
Proceedings
To find our about falling sales and the lack of trade, me and my staff interview customers as they leave the supermarket during seven days.
The question include:
A. What do you think of the quality of our products?
B. What do you think of the range of our products?
C. What do you think of the helpfulness of our staff?
D. What do you think of our facilities (café, toilets)?
E. How do we compare with other hypermarkets?
Findings
Based on the interview customer, I have found that:
• 68% if the very good think that the quality of our products.
• Minority of the don’t know think that the range of our products.
• Majority of the fair think that the helpfulness of our staff.
• 24% of the poor think that how about our faculities.
• Majority of the very good think we compare with other hypermarket
Conclusion
It can be said that our company Giant Hypermarket in Plentong is still can acceptable by consumer
Recommendations
I would suggest that:-
We need to improve our facilities.
We can sell more things in our hypermarket.
We also still can send our staff go training to improve our staff quality.

All staff have to be dressed in company uniform and must be punctual at all times. All staff are also encouraged to conduct discussions in English.
To all Heads of Department, please take attendance of their members of staff. Head of Human Resource Department to ensure that training room is ready for the training are day before. In order, there must be enough chairs and tables for all. Stationary must be provided. Arrangements also need to be made for refreshment
Make sure that all department heads and members of staff to ensure that to get the information above.
I encouraged that all staffs do not use handphone during the training.
