Falling Sales and the Lack of Trade


Terms of Reference
I was asked by the Sales Director, Mr Ong Chee Meng to write a report about falling sales and the lack of trade to meeting with the Board of Directors. This report is needed by as soon as possible.

Proceedings
To find our about falling sales and the lack of trade, me and my staff interview customers as they leave the supermarket during seven days.
The question include:
A. What do you think of the quality of our products?
B. What do you think of the range of our products?
C. What do you think of the helpfulness of our staff?
D. What do you think of our facilities (café, toilets)?
E. How do we compare with other hypermarkets?

Findings
Based on the interview customer, I have found that:
• 68% if the very good think that the quality of our products.
• Minority of the don’t know think that the range of our products.
• Majority of the fair think that the helpfulness of our staff.
• 24% of the poor think that how about our faculities.
• Majority of the very good think we compare with other hypermarket

Conclusion
It can be said that our company Giant Hypermarket in Plentong is still can acceptable by consumer

Recommendations
I would suggest that:-
 We need to improve our facilities.
 We can sell more things in our hypermarket.
 We also still can send our staff go training to improve our staff quality.
