SUBJECT :EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING

For all members service Training

This memo is to inform all members of staff to attend a customer service training on 8th November 2009.

All staff have to be dressed in company uniform and must be punctual at all times. All staff are also encouraged to conduct discussions in English.

To all Heads of Department, please take attendance of their members of staff. Head of Human Resource Department to ensure that training room is ready for the training are day before. In order, there must be enough chairs and tables for all. Stationary must be provided. Arrangements also need to be made for refreshment

Make sure that all department heads and members of staff to ensure that to get the information above.

I encouraged that all staffs do not use handphone during the training.
